REIKI
Reiki is a life force energy and is a holistic, ancient Japanese technique for spiritual self-healing, stress reduction, and relaxation. Reiki is a wonderful complemental therapy to any ailment one may be facing. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on, private 1:1 session, where you are fully clothed laying in a comfortable position. The Reiki Practitioner will guide the flow of energy from head-to-toe, focusing on areas that may need more attention. Reiki is a calming and restorative experience, leaving you feeling lighter and more grounded than before your session

Family Yoga 45 min. with Katie
This class provides a great opportunity to foster and deepen the connection you have with yourself and your loved one, exercise (with the option to have it be restorative or more challenging), and meet other local gems from our community. Appropriate for humans ages 0-101
Mini Mom Retreat 120 min. teachers will rotate monthly
The aim of our retreats is to provide a safe space for mom's to practice yoga, de-stress, and connect with others.
We plan to offer these retreats once monthly on the first Sunday of each month from 11:30am-1:30pm. Facilitators will rotate each month but the flow will remain consistent: a 1-hour prenatal/postnatal yoga class for all-levels and a 1-hour women's circle to share about ourselves and provide any support/resources we are able to offer one another. Light bites will be offered at all sessions :)
Prenatal Yoga 60 min. with Katie/Lauren
There is no better time to indulge in the benefits of yoga than with a pregnant body. We begin class with meditation and bring awareness to our breath, using the breath to energize and soothe our bodies. Asanas focus on building strength in our pelvic floor, toning and building stability throughout our bodies. This class will bring you more in touch with your changing body all the while connecting to your baby!
Private Yoga & Mindfulness 60 min.
Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, meditation, or living in the present moment. Appropriate for individuals, couples or families.
Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath 75-min. with Kara
Sink into the healing vibrations of a Restorative Sound Bath. Sound baths are a relaxing way to connect with your energy, release energetic blocks, focus your mind, and calm your nervous system. Lie back and allow the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls guide you into a deep state of inner stillness and relaxation. Bring your journal! There will be a few minutes before and after to write/doodle!
Small Group Strength Training for Mamas with Lori Jacobs 45-60min
Join our early morning crew! We laugh, workout in a small group setting with weights, and leave in great headspace! Benefits of strength training can include:

Strength & Mobility for Moms 60 min. with Meredith
Intro workshops: January 5 & 12 from 10-11am | $35
6-week series: February 2 - March 9 10-11am | $180
A supportive blend of strength training, mobility, yoga, and mindfulness. Weโll start with some gentle breathwork and an intentional mobility warm-up. From there, weโll move through two strength circuits using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, with the goals of building muscle, developing core stability, and improving posture. And weโll wind our nervous systems back down with a calming cool down and savasana.
This class is truly movement as self-care: build strength, feel more mobile, and enjoy connecting with other moms in a grounding, encouraging space.
โWind Downโ Wednesday, Restorative Yoga & Massage Workshop 90 min. with Katie & Faith
In workshop, we will start with a grounding meditation, and flow through restorative poses with hands-on assists meant to create a calming, soothing, and peaceful practice. While in various poses, the massage therapist will help students ease into a more relaxed state. Students will then be led into an extended blissful Savasana where they can choose to partipate in a Metta (loving-kindness) meditation if theyโd like.

Family Fitness 45 min. with Amanda
Students will participate in exercises and games that will build strength, increase body awareness, and improve coordination skills. You will use mostly bodyweight exercises with minimum equipment that you could do in your own home. You will be taken through a warmup, bodyweight resistance training and a metabolic conditioning piece to get your heart rate up. You will then do mobility work to aid recovery, and close out with a mindfulness practice that will help set your intention for the rest of the day! Appropriate for humans ages 0-101
Monday Sangha 75min. with Lauren
Mindfulness can help us to live more intentionally, open our hearts, and calm our minds, but putting these practices into action is not always easy with demanding schedules and in a complicated world! Join us for Monday Sangha, our new weekly drop-in meditation group focused on cultivating mindfulness and self-compassion while living in the โmessy middleโ of the present moment! Each group will explore a different aspect of mindful living through sitting meditation, group discussion, and creative approaches to cultivate personal insight โ all within a supportive and nonjudgmental community. Beginner and experienced meditators welcome!
โI attended my first Wake & Recharge class with Lyzzette this morning, and it was such an incredible way to start the day. Lyzzette was so welcoming and lead the class well with clear instructions and modifications when needed. The timing of this class was perfect for me as a mom of two young children as I was able to slip out of the house while my kids were still asleep and was home right in time for when they woke up. โThis (Yoga + Mindfulness for Beginners) is one of the best yoga / mindfulness classes Iโve ever taken! I have been practicing yoga for some time now but I most certainly still at beginner status and this class could not have been more perfect!! Katie is the most amazing instructor her class includes running through a basic flow and working on mindfulness and peacefulness throughout your body. Katie attends to each individual and is so genuine! Also includes a cozy blanket and pillow to keep you comfy throughout! Would absolutely recommend taking this class!!!โ

The second class I took was an adult class that was just delicious, the teacher was wonderful and well suited for all experience levels.
