Rise n Shine Yoga 1 hr.
Dedicate your morning to yourself with an invigorating early morning yoga class. We begin slowly warming up our bodies from our nights rest and end by mindfully setting our intentions for the coming day.
Yoga Sculpt 1 hr.
Yoga sculpt is a one hour power flow class suited for any level yogi. This class can be easily tailored to meet your body where it is at while working on breath, balance, endurance and strength of your mind and body. Yoga sculpt provides additional support to your regular yoga practice.
Yoga for Cyclists 45 min.
Give that hardworking body a break! Join us for some gentle flows specially designed to open strong hamstrings, shoulders, and hips. Take some extra time to recharge before getting back on the road.

Yoga + Mindfulness for Beginners 75 min.
Come and enjoy a foundational vinyasa flow. Expect cues to be clear and with a focus on alignment. This is the perfect class for those who are just beginning their yoga practice, or for those who are looking for more clear direction and an understanding of alignment.
Evening Yoga/ Decompress 60 min.
Come explore breathwork, posture, and meditation: everything you need in a well-rounded practice. We won’t work too hard this late in the day — just enough to help you open up and let go, so you can get some restful sleep. Options will be offered for practitioners of all levels.
Candlelight Yoga 75 min.
Wind down after your day with a gentle yoga flow. This is a reflective and restorative class intended to help us close out our days with peace and intention. A creatively curated class, no two candlelight yoga classes are alike.
Private Yoga + Mindfulness 60 min.
Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, meditation, or living in the present moment.

F I T N E S S
Boot Camp 1 hr.
Workouts consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and stretching using body weight. No two boot camp classes are the same.*
Core Conditioning 1 hr.
Classes are designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture. This is done by strengthening the abdomen and back muscles as well as increasing flexibility.*
Personal Training 1 hr.
Enjoy a custom work out plan that will be catered to your fitness goals.*
*All 6am classes must be registered for in advance (11pm the night before)
*All PiP fitness classes end with a 5-10 minute mindful meditation

Come and engage your senses as we explore the world of herbal medicine. Sit with one herb each week as a way to study its benefits.
Women’s Circle with Katie Stoeckeler 90 min.
Connect, support and empower other women! Join our circle as we laugh, cry, brag, and/or share about whatever is going on in our lives. Our WC is held the first Thursday of every month from 8:00 - 9:30 pm.
