Mini Mom Retreats | $60
Join us on monthly for a dedicated space of movement and connection. While our facilitators rotate each month to offer fresh perspectives, the structure of our retreats remains consistent: we begin with a one-hour, all-levels class specifically designed for prenatal and postnatal bodies, followed by a one-hour women’s circle. This circle is a supportive environment to share personal journeys, offer encouragement, and exchange community resources. Light bites are provided at every session to ensure you feel nourished throughout the afternoon.

Restorative Yoga & Massage

A 90-minute immersion of restorative yoga with gentle massage to ease you deeper into each pose. Throughout the workshop, there will be various mindfulness meditations. Prenatal friendly!

Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Sink into the healing vibrations of a Restorative Sound Bath. Sound baths are a relaxing way to connect with your energy, release energetic blocks, focus your mind, and calm your nervous system. Lie back and allow the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls guide you into a deep state of inner stillness and relaxation.
