Return Policy

All items are final sale and will not be refunded, except if the item purchased arrives with a manufacturing defect. If this happens, you need to contact us at hello@pieaceinpiermont.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Any defective merchandise must be returned to PO Box 117, Piermont, NY 10968, and must be in the original selling condition with the purchase receipt. We have the right to refuse a full refund if the assessed damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect. If a refund has been approved, we will notify you via email. All refunds will be managed through the online platform, via PayPal. 

Shipping Policy

We ship to all states within the US. Standard shipping is 3 to 7 business days from the date of order. Please allow up to 9 business days for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. For APO/FPO/US territories, please allow 14 business days. International shipping takes longer, and will be dependent on the location specified in the online order. 

Please note that Peace in Piermont does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or company observed holidays, including: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
